Exchanges and Returns

At ecraft, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with one of our products, we won't leave you hanging and offer you an easy way to return it.

Exchanges

If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please send the item back to us unused and in its original packaging.

Returns

If you would like to return a product, you are free to do so within 14 days of receipt. Once we have inspected the return at our warehouse, we will refund you the full purchase price. Please note that customized and used items are excluded from returns.

We will cover the return shipping costs for you. Contact our customer service (service@e-craft.at) for a free return label.
